It’s those last two miles that get me every time.

A frustrating run this morning since I had my phone with me, but her “happy day” words rang through my head as I ran along, and I decided not to let it ruin my day.

She visited with a friend. The boys watched football. I played with the birds.

A flip flop kind of day, but we sailed through with laughter. Tomorrow I will go out on my own.
